I have been teaching in Education for many years across all areas - Primary, Early Childhood and in the Tertiary Sector.
I hold a BTeaching (Primary), Graduate Diploma (ECE) and a Post Graduate Certificate(TESOL).
My personal philosophy in education is about building relationships with tamariki and kaiako. To grow and develop their confidence in learning or teaching, encourage independence and support wellbeing for all tamariki, their whānau and our community.
The foundational building blocks of teaching and learning at any level of education is about partnership, participation and protection.
It is my hope that together we can support your tamariki as he/she/they engage in meaningful experiences during their time in early childhood education. Where they will develop academic, social and emotional resilience to continue a love of learning, make amazing friends and be prepared for the next stages in their educational journey.
